How quickly things change. Rates drop, and finally everyone wants to buy, but all at once. Now inverntory is very tight, and we appear to be passing our previous peaks. I wish more of my buyers would have bought in the early part of this year, but the news was saying that this recession could last for a very long time, so few did.. Now, it is a sellers’ market again.

Great article! It's a perfect buyer's market in Canada right now. It's just hard to convince people that now is a perfect time to buy with high levels of inventory and low interest rates. I did an article on this topic just yesterday on Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows Home and House website.
