Great article! It's a perfect buyer's market in Canada right now. It's just hard to convince people that now is a perfect time to buy with high levels of inventory and low interest rates. I did an article on this topic just yesterday on Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows Home and House website.

Good one! .) Really, it’s time to buy, at least in US (but after slowdown here on real estate Vancouver market it will come soon as well…). But I believe there has to be some trigger which will start the boom of cheap investing. Maybe your article is one of the triggers
